Why do we use the word confection to identify our products?
Confections are items that are mixed or compounded. Another definition is a dish or delicacy with sweet ingredients. Belleza Lush's products are confections for the body! Our products are made with natural ingredients that will treat your skin sweetly as it cleanses and moisturizes!
What does small batch mean?
Our handmade confections are made in small batches to ensure its quality. Small batched items will vary in design, color/hue, and arrangement. Creating natural body care products is a special design process......they will look different each time they are made making them very unique. The beauty bar soap, especially, has its own flow! As closely as we can make the products look consistent with each batch made we will, but there is beauty in this unique creative process that is appreciated.
Are the ingredients in the products skin safe?
The ingredients are natural and safe to apply to your skin.
Will the scents always be the same for each product collection?
We will do our best to keep this consistency. Scents may change due to availability of the ingredient.
Products are made in small batches but can I order in bulk?
Yes, you can! If you have orders of 20 or more, please reach out to us at bellezalushllc@gmail.com for more information regarding the bulk ordering process and pricing.
Can I order customizable products?
Sure! Please reach out to us with your ideas and we can collaborate on colors and designs. Customizable products do not have to be ordered with a minimum quantity but products must be in 8oz sizes only.
What happens if my Body Glaze, Body Polish or Beauty Bar melts?
During warmer months, some soap and Shea Butter based confections may be prone to melting. If this is the case, please place in either room temperature or refrigerated locations so the products can become firm. We do not accept returns on personal use products, even if they melt in transit.
Is my order refundable?
Unfortunately, no. The nature of each of our handmade confections are for personal use. Once shipped and handled by customers, products are no longer sanitary to resell. Please ensure that you are choosing the correct product(s) during checkout. If you have an issue with you order and it has not shipped, please contact us at bellezalushllc@gmail.com to discuss if any order changes can be made.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow us 7-14 business days for your handmade confections to be processed before it is shipped. Our Business days are Monday - Friday and do not including weekends and holidays. Processing times will vary and are dependent upon the amount of orders we have in our queue. As many of our products are made to order to ensure its quality, please allow the necessary time needed to provide you with the best body care products. *Disclaimer- processing times can be extend if the demand warrants this.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel you order within 2 hours of placing it. If your order has been picked or the design/creative process has started, your order can't be cancelled. If you have any specific questions about canceling an order, please email us at bellezalushllc@gmail.com.
If I have a question about products or my order, how long will it take to receive a response?
Our business hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday - Friday. Weekend communication can occur at the discretion of Belleza Lush. You should expect a response to email communication within 24-48 hours.
What currency are the products available on the site?
All items are displayed in USD.
