Shipping and Processing Times

We work diligently to create and prepare your handmade, small batch confections with love! Please allow us 7-14 days to process your order before it is shipped, even when expedite shipping has been selected. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times are based the amount of orders in the queue. Lastly, know that our products are small batch orders and are made to order so each item is of the upmost quality and freshness prior to shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information from our system. The average USPS delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. This number could increase due to postal service delays which are not in Belleza Lush LLC's control. Belleza Lush LLC is not responsible for packages that are in the care of the USPS. When the USPS has your package, it is their responsibility to ensure that it is delivered to you. If you have not received your package and it has been marked as delivered, please allow 1-2 business days for it to appear at its delivery location. If you have any issues with your package being lost or stolen, please contact the USPS directly so they can further assist you with the delivery of your package.

Using the Correct Shipping Location Address

We want you to receive your specially made item! Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when checking out. If your package is returned to us due to the wrong address being provided to us by the customer, you will be asked to pay an additional shipping fee to have your package redelivered to you.

USPS In Transit Shipping Delays

The USPS is currently experiencing major shipping delays so shipping delays should be expected. We are shipping packages out during out 7-14 day processing time. USPS shipping delays will extend the time it takes for your package to be received. When packages who "in transit", please do not think that they are lost if it is taking longer for you to receive it. Please allow the USPS additional time to deliver your package. Also, note that we are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been given to the USPS for delivery. When packages are with the USPS, we can not see additional tracking information and we encourage you to reach out to the USPS for more information.
