Refunds

Due to the personal use nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for your purchases. If your product is damaged during transit or you have any additional product questions, please contact us at bellezalushllc@gmail.com for assistance.

Melting of Products

Belleza Lush LLC is not responsible for any melted shipments. Body Glazes are creamy body butters that can melt if shipped during warmer months. The items are still usable and has the same quality and efficacy when made. Please place these items in cooler temperatures so the product can solidify.

Beauty Bars may have the tendency to melt when shipped during warmer months but allowing them to cool at room temperature will eliminate this affect.

Body Polishes are made with Shea Butter and may have a tendency to melt when shipped during warmer months but allowing them to cool at room temperature will eliminate this affect. Stirring the top of the item will mix the melted butter back into the sugar scrub.

Delivered Products

Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or porches for extended periods of time during warm weather as this will decrease the melting of the products. If possible, have your order delivered to a location where it can be readily received by you.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After this time period or if your product has been picked or the creative/design process has occurred, orders will not be cancelled.
